Maintenance and Service for Wallas boat products
Wallas products are designed to be reliable, but even the best technical product needs maintenance.
Carry out maintenance regularly according the maintenance recommendations. There are specific instructions for diesel and paraffin models.
Repair service is needed if the device isn't working properly (when the device takes several attempts to start, smokes, starting takes too long, the heat output is reduced, etc.)
Taking the device to service
Before you dismantle or call- , go through the following check-list.
Check the type and serial number of the device.
Call your nearest Wallas service provider and ask the service provider about the best course of action.
You are also wellcome to call the factory with any technical questions.
Spare parts are sold through the local licensed Wallas service dealer. Inquire the closest dealer from your Wallas importer.
If there is no Wallas importer in your country, please contact Wallas factory.
Always demand original spare parts developed and tested by Wallas. Original spare parts can be recognized from the Wallas-packaging or sealed Wallas-bag. The product guarantee automatically ceases if non-approved spares are used.
